The SoundExchange Letter of Direction (LOD) is a document that allows you to collect digital performance royalties when a song you worked on is played on non-interactive streaming platforms like Pandora, SiriusXM, or internet radio. By filling out and submitting this form, you ensure that your share of royalties is correctly allocated and paid out to you. An LOD needs to be filled out and signed by each artist on the track.
